FAQ's

✦ When will my order be shipped? 

Orders generally take 2-5 weeks. For larger bulk orders (depending on quantity), it can be an additional week. Any listing that includes “RTS” are ready to ship next day. If needed by a certain date, please email me at contact@vividmelodies.com for assistance.

✦ Do you accept large orders for marching bands/groups?

Yes, I do! I also provide discounts for 10+ custom keychains and stickers. Please e-mail me at contact@vividmelodies.com first before placing the order. We will discuss pricing + shipping.

✦ Can I use your 'thank you' code on top of promotions and/or bulk orders?

Unfortunately, no. You will be getting a great deal when we discuss bulk pricing and most of the time, our bulk discounts are a better deal.

✦ Shipping

All orders are shipped through USPS Ground Advantage which take 2-5 business days to arrive. Orders that purchased the sticker only shipping will take longer and have no tracking number. Refunds are not eligible on the whole order for those who purchased sticker only shipping and once I drop them off at the PO, it is in the hands of the carrier to finalize this delivery. No exceptions.

**Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is 100% accurate. Once the shipping label has been scanned at USPS, we are unable to offer voids or refunds. Additionally, orders cannot be rerouted after this point, and refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.

✦ What if I need my order sooner?

Please send me an email to let me know when you would need your order by. Orders must be placed 3 weeks in advance and if it's under that time, you will need to pay a $10 rushing fee that I will create for you. It must be paid in order to receive your order ASAP.

✦ Do you ship internationally?

Of course! Please be sure to check off which postage you would like at checkout under 'shipping'. International orders will take 7-21 business days to arrive to you and will be provided with a tracking number. If you need additional assistance, please send an email. 

✦ Payment 

I accept all major credit cards, including 4 easy installments for Shop Pay. Rest assured, your payment information is never stored and is securely protected.

✦ Returns & Exchanges

I want to make sure you are 100% happy with your order! If there was a mistake with your order, please e-mail me at contact@vividmelodies.com with order number in the subject line and a photo of the product. For a return or exchange, the item you received must be in the same condition as the item arrived to you and I will be able to send you a return label.

✦ Replacements - 'My item arrived broken', 'My item got lost in transit', 'May I get sent a new item as I lost it personally'

  • If your item arrived damaged, please contact me with your order number and an image of the damage.
  • If your package has been lost in transit, please contact me so I can assist you with a replacement order. 
  • If you lost your item(s) personally, we will not replace the order. I apologize for the inconvenience. 
✦ Price Adjustments/Match

At this time, we do not offer price adjustments/matches on all orders.
